This Base Package Includes:

• Pre-production teleconference with web development leader
• Moderated web development planning session (up to 3 hours)
• Two graphic interface design options
• 24 static pages (including about, services, resources, etc.)
• 3 interactive elements (search, text size adjustment, request/reserve form)
• Standard submission to free search engines

Affordable Value-Added Elements Available:

• Additional web pages (per page) - $85.00
• Submit Forms (employment application, similar) - $85.00/ per form
• Fillable PDF with email function - $170.00/ per form
• Donate Online Option with PayPal - $85.00
• Email Marketing (e-newsletter, e-promotions, e-cards) - $500.00 one-time set up including template (monthly fees apply depending on mailing list)
• Flash Elements - $105.00/ per hour
• Interactive Event Calendar (set-up/training) - $255.00
• Photo Gallery (set-up/training) - $300.00
• Additional web pages (per page) - $85.00
• Interactive Blog (set-up/training) - $150.00

Additonal fees to consider:
• Web Hosting – this is available at websiteforlibraries.com for $29.00 month, but not required as part of the web development relationship. Site may be hosted at any reputable resource.
• Maintenance Software – Adobe Contribute $199.00 per user (not required if your library has access to Dreamweaver)
• Support Desk - $65/per call, outside 90 days following launch
• Site updates – $85/hr for changes requested to the site more than 60 days after launch
• Stock photos – available for only $35/per image if the library is unable to provide adequate photos
• Copywriter – available for $75/hr if the library has the resources to seek outside writing talent to speed content management process
