About Websites for Libraries

Websitesforlibraries.com, a division of Miranda Creative Inc., an award-winning communications agency located in eastern Connecticut, is a unique program designed to give librarians an affordable and attractive option for website design.

In 2005, our team led by Maria Miranda, recognized that many libraries were struggling to develop websites that were patron-friendly, easy to maintain, and flexible in their structure. When we searched for realistic and affordable options to help our library friends, we quickly learned that resources geared towards the specific needs of librarians were limited.

Following hours of research and discussions with local librarians, the team at Miranda Creative, Inc., launched Websitesforlibraries.com, a new website program developed to meet the needs of libraries, both small and large. The initiative was introduced and widely received at the 117th Connecticut Library Association Convention in 2008.

Today, Websitesforlibraries.com has become a well-recognized resource for library agencies throughout New England. Our website team has created sites for a number of private and public libraries, as well implementing innovative social media programs and marketing tools.

We invite you to learn about our unique program, affordable prices and Miranda Creative by visiting our website, mirandacreative.com.
